Our Prices

Prices are based on the length of stay, the number of guests and room choices.

• 3 night minimum required for advance reservations.
• 2 night reservations accepted within  two nights of arrival date.
• 1 night reservations accepted within two nights prior to arrival date, based on availability.
• Taxes are additional (approximately 16%).

Reservations Policies

• Telephone reservations are welcome, call ahead for availability.
• Reservations require a deposit of one third total bill.
• Children and small dogs are welcome with special permission.
• Credit Card accepted, and all taxes apply.
• Union St B&B requires advance notice for customers exceeding a limit of two large suitcases, and customers wishing to recieve special delivery packages.
• Union St B&B is located in a four story building with stairs and no elevators.
• Union St B&B has two full bathrooms which serve four large (two doubles and two triples) rooms and two small (single) rooms, with a maximum of six persons per bath, and floor.

Blue and Green Rooms
Queen beds, suitable for two guests

One night -- $195.00 plus tax
U p to 3 nights -- $170.00 per night plus tax  4 nights and up -- $160.00 per night plus tax

Gold and Rose  Rooms

Full and twin beds, suitable for up to 3 guests

For three guests
One night -- $225.00 per night plus tax
Up to 3 nights -- $200.00 per night plus tax
4 nights and up -- $180.00 per night plus tax

If its only two guests who want separate beds, the prices are:
One night -- $200.00 plus tax
Up to 3 nights -- $175.00 per night plus tax
4 nights and up -- $165.00 per night plus tax

Small Rooms

White and Lilac Rooms
Single rooms for one guest only

One night $145.00 plus tax
Up to 3 nights $120.00 per night
4 nights and up $110.00 plus tax

Garden Apartment

For one to five guests maximum

One night $400.00 plus tax
U p to 3 nights $375.00 per night plus tax
4 nights and up $350.00 per night plus tax

(Breakfast vouchers not included with garden apartment rentals.)

Cancellation Policy

• Between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival date; the entire deposit is forfeited.
• Between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date; the amount of refunded deposit is contingent on the re-rental of that reservation minus $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
• More than 30 days prior to arrival date; entire deposit is refunded, minus a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departure.
• Union Street Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for presonal property lost or left behind. Postage plus $25 will be charged for items returned by mail.
• Union Street Bed and Breakfast has shared bathrooms and is located in a four story townhouse with stairs.
• Union Street Bed and Breakfast requires advance notice for customers exceeding a limit of two large suitcases.
• A $25 fee for any changes to the original reservation (i.e. dates and number of guests).
• Without advance notice by telephone, prior to arrival date, customers are expected to pay for the entire amount of thier original reservation.
• An individual making reservations for a group stay must be responsible for entire payment, including deposit and the balance. We cannot accept multiple payments for reservation balances.
• We recommend individuals within a group, contact us separately, and make thier own arrangements.
• We reserve the right to refuse anyone upon arrival we deem unsavory or displaying inappropriate behavior.
